Parmatma is a Sanskrit word which means 'beyond all measures'. It is a classic Indian mythological film. Three siblings, called Sarala, Rudra and Balarama, are saved from near death as babies by their father as he performs the rituals to please Parmatma. They later grow up into three very different people because of the traumatic nature of their births. However, this story has a happy ending as they eventually reunite and figure out how to bring peace for those around them. Sarala (Aruna Irani) is the eldest child who becomes a successful businesswoman, hiding her past. Her younger brother, Rudra (Piyush Mishra), doesn't like the way she lives and always teases and bullies him to get back at her. One day, he saves their house from burning down and wins the appreciation of their father (Dalip Tahil), who becomes impressed by his strength and ability to save them from death. But Sarala becomes jealous when she learns that he is stronger than her. She tries to kill him but fails in so doing, which leaves them both in shame. They both repulse each other and go their separate ways. Sarala and Rudra meet again after eight years during a business meeting with a Hindu priest (Raj Zutshi). They discover that their father has renounced worldly life and joined an ashram, leaving them to run the family business. They receive a customer named Punditji (Nana Patekar) who demands expensive items such as diamonds. Unable to provide such things, Sarala is angry at Rudra who secretly goes to fetch diamonds from the local robbers bar. The next day he claims he was unable to find any but actually has them which he hides under the dress of his girlfriend, Shila (Madhoo). The diamond washes off during a rainstorm and the diamonds fall into the hands of the robbers. A few days later, Punditji demands that they give him a necklace, insisting that it's part of a winning lottery ticket. He gives them 72 hours to follow his instructions. They agree and he leaves with 72 hours to return with 72 boxes containing 72 necklaces, 72 bracelets and 72 rings in 72 different colors each. Sarala goes in search of a jeweler in order to get a bracelet in gold which is needed for the final stages of their work. She finds one who is making jewelry out of clay which is supposed to be "Parmatma". He refuses to make anything for her but instead makes her a pair of earrings in gold. Her mother encourages Sarala to give the earrings to Rudra as he is now unemployed and will surely like them. She goes up to him with the earrings but finds out that they're fake based on which she has made earlier. A fight ensues where they're both wounded and Rudra insists that they need to inform their father about the situation. She runs back home with him informing their father that she got hurt by Rudra who had attacked her with an ax for no reason. However, when he shows up he finds out his children are fine. cfa1e77820
